I grew up in the sunny state of California, in a home where chaos was a regular guest and peace was hard to find. This became the catalyst that ignited my passion for creating calm spaces. As soon as I stepped into my first apartment, I realized that the act of decorating wasn't just about aesthetics; it was about creating a functional space where I felt truly at home. Finally, I had a space where I felt at ease. That’s when I fell in love with design.

Fast forward a few years, and here I am, still in beautiful California, with my husband, Andy, a 20-year Air Force veteran and three witty, wonderful children. Now that they’ve all flown the nest, Andy and I are proud empty nesters ourselves, sharing our space with a lovable dog and our beloved cat.

When I’m not working on ideas for a new design project or browsing the newest Pottery Barn catalog, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, traveling (we consider Lake Tahoe and Maui our second homes—mainly because they’re absolutely gorgeous and provide endless inspiration), indulging in good food with friends and family (hello, Napa), cooking up a storm, gardening, and quoting lines from my favorite movies. As a self-proclaimed introverted extrovert, I love meeting new people and hearing their stories, as equally as I cherish quiet days at home, especially during fall—my absolute favorite season.

After leaving a career in law enforcement, I decided to follow my heart and start this small business and pursue my true passion—creating homes that are not just spaces, but reflections of the people who inhabit them. I specialize in helping fellow empty nesters reimagine their spaces to reflect this exciting new phase of life.
